I've finally conjured up the time (and willpower) to write another blog! Because it is Thanksgiving break, it would make sense to dedicate this blog to what I'm truly thankful for this year--albeit, it's a tad late.
This past year has had it's major ups and downs, starting with the end of senior year all the way through the beginning of college. I can't believe it's almost the end of 2009. I have four more years of schooling ahead of me! ...that is if the world doesn't end in 2012. Anyway, before I get ahead of myself, here is what I am most thankful for this year:
I'm thankful for God I guess..minus the part about me being wary/confused about religion right now. I'm so thankful for my family. I never realized how spoiled I am and how much my parents love about me. I guess college just helped me realize how much I take my parents and brother for granted. I'm thankful to my closest friends that have listened to me mope endlessly about trivial things. It's nice to know how many people care for you. I'm thankful for all the memories I've built up this past year, whether they were bad or good.
I know this post is pretty generic, but those three things are truly what I've learned to appreciate this year. I hope all of you have something to be thankful for also!
right on! I don't really know what to say
